In this day and age of online marketing, inbox saturation and email flyers invading us from all levels, I have been very pleasantly surprised that there is actually a person, someone who is interested, who reads and gives feed back on my thoughts behind all this advertising.
Her name is Carolyn Marshall, and she is Ok What Now's Brand Manager, and what a very fine public relations person she is. Persable, approachable, interested and willing to help. All the things you want for one who represents a brand like The Keystone Group.
And a person that after a lunch experience that left me a little disappointed, has listened to, heard and made me feel like, for once in this day and age of online numbers, my simple little "one" opinion does in fact matter.
Thank you Carolyn, I believe you are a rear treasure in this word of online marketing and have restored my faith in humans and that thing called the "personal touch".
Don't forget humans, personal touch and making someone realise that they do matter goes a long way toward success in whatever you choose.
