1. Make peace with your past so it doesn't spoil your present
2. What others think of you is none of your business
3. Time heals almost everything, give the time, some time!
4. No one is the reason of your happiness except yourself
5. Don't compare your life with others, you have no idea what their journey is all about.
6. Stop thinking too much, it is alright not to know all the answers
7. Smile, you don't own all the problems in the world...
- We need to limit to zero, if possible, the past and it's ability to impact our present. Understanding however, that we do need to allow time to heal, we do need to stop, take stock and realise that it is our healing that makes us whole and able to live in the present. But ultimately our goal is to make peace.
- True: what someone thinks of me I have no interest in knowing. What I have no knowledge of is never going to be a issue! Don't seek out the thoughts of others, that way it will never influence your life, do not waste your time in frivolous searches that will never have you as the ultimate winner.
- Oh yes, give time the time, do not fill your life with quick fixes, occupying moments or avoidance memories, time needs time to work....... so give it, I feel so lucky and blessed I allowed time into my life!
- My happiness: I needed to realise I could make, would make and was in charge of my happiness, when I was familiar with owning that right, I got it.
- Why would I compare, I am so better than that... you are too! x
- STOP thinking: yes, do it now... I have found of all the people I have met the ones that think too much, are so unsettled, so wanting, so disgruntled and so untrustworthy, don't do this to yourself. Please stop thinking too much, it is hard but it wears you out and your mind wants you to stop!
- Just smile... it makes the difference in your world and in mine when I see you smiling.
The world it is yours to own, to make the most of and to live every moment.
Print these thoughts out, put them on your wall and read them every morning and DO NOT EXCEPT your world to change overnight, but welcome the small change and you will find you look back and go: YAY ME, I did it!!
Things are constantly evolving around me and I am blessed but have had to challenge myself with these 7 things. My question to you is will you challenge you with the same questions and move forward?
