- asparagus, ends removed
- red bell pepper, sliced length ways
- cherry tomatoes
- salt & pepper
- brie cheese or mozzarella cheese (you choice; something different if you prefer)
- middle eastern flat bread, wraps or pita

Heat a little oil,
Add Garlic
Add mushrooms, asparagus, red bell pepper and fry until cooked to your taste, and bite
Season with freshly cracked pepper and salt
Just before end add cherry tomatoes, stir fry together
Rip up fresh breads (wraps or pitas) into 3 pieces
Lie on a plate, top with cheese
Then pile on vegetables from pan and season to taste!! Indulge! x
