- greek yiros wraps
- red onion sliced thinly
- mushrooms
- capsicum (bell pepper)
- zucchini
- tomatoes (cherry or large ones cut in chunks)
- any other of your favourite vegetables or ones in your fridge
- salt / pepper
- seasoning (i used peri peri but what ever your favourite is)
- mozzarella cheese
while the oven is heating back the wrap to dry just a little on both sides
remove from oven, pile all the vegetables of your choice on top, season and top with cheese
put back in the oven and bake until cheese is lightly browned on top (all over)
take out and devour
