Emma's sick so I said let me cook, she said no; I said yes
I won and this is what I made
CHUCK TOGETHER STIR FRY CHICKEN
okay you have to coat the chicken in flour, the easiest way I have discovered to do this is a grocery bag with no holes, chuck in enough flour to coat generously.
tie a knot in the top and shake, and keep shaking until the chicken pieces have separated and each piece is coated.
place a couple of tablespoons of peanut oil into the wok (or big fry pan) heating to cooking temperature. Add chicken and toss, cooking until brown and getting crispy.

then add onion, chilli and garlic and stir-fry, keep moving and tossing.
with this recipe it is good to prepare your vegetables prior to cooking because the dish only takes about 15 minutes to cook so this does not allow chopping time.
chuck in your vegetables, spring onions, mushrooms, frozen stir-fry vegetables.... really it can be whatever you choice or like (or have in your fridge)
stir-fry to cook, let the vegetables retain their colour; do not overcook
then add a couple of tablespoons of sugar, soya sauce and oyster sauce and toss until it all thickens
serve with rice,
now eat and enjoy as we did xx
