so here I am tonight sharing my lunch tomorrow for work.... a simple little salad from the wonderful Italian influences of ones mentioned in my other posts.
MY WEEK DAY LUNCH
now i have made enough to last me three days, I store in one big container, taking each day what I feel like and adding the tomato and meat at work
i add nothing else at this stage, tomorrow morning, I will

so here I am tonight sharing my lunch tomorrow for work.... a simple little salad from the wonderful Italian influences of ones mentioned in my other posts.
MY WEEK DAY LUNCH
- iceberg lettuce - chopped (the outer leaves... perfectly okay to use just wash, don't throw away we wast so much unnecessarily)
- basil - chopped
- red onion - sliced thinly
- green capsicum - sliced / cut to my preferred size
now i have made enough to last me three days, I store in one big container, taking each day what I feel like and adding the tomato and meat at work
i add nothing else at this stage, tomorrow morning, I will
- salt to taste (try it makes it!!)
- lightly add some olive oil and toss in the container I am taking it to work in.
my accompanying bits
- tomato
- the at work I am going to buy some freshly cooked chicken (keeping what I do not use for the next two days)
- or even a can of tuna (what ever you prefer)
- then finally some pepper
